Gmetrics Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on CampaignAlyzer.com. Gmetrics Inc. collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Registration

In order to create a CampaignAlyzer account, you must first complete the registration form. During registration you are required to give contact information including your name and your email. We use this information mainly to provide the Service and administer your inquiries.

To login to CampaignAlyzer, if you choose to register by using a third party account (such as your Google or Facebook account), please see “Information from third parties” below.

The email address and password you use to log into CampaignAlyzer are a part of your Google Account and Gmetrics has no access to them. To update this information, visit www.google.com/accounts.

Orders

If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information including your name, your address, your phone number, and your email. Payments are processed through Braintree – PayPal. Gmetrics Inc. does not collect or store any financial information such as credit card numbers. This information is stored by our payment processor who specializes in securing such information.

If we have trouble processing an order, we will use your contact information to contact you. We will also use this information to contact you about issues with your account such as an overdue payment or issues relating to the data you store on our servers.

Transaction Information

We collect information about the usage of our service. The number of campaigns and URLs you have created and/or the amount of disk space you are using may affect the amount you are charged to use the service.

User communications

When you send email or other communication to Gmetrics, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.

Uses of Information

Gmetrics Inc. uses the personally identifiable information as a basic record of who is using our service. We use an aggregate of the demographic information to target our marketing and to make improvements to our service. We use an aggregate of the transaction information to analyze and tune our server loads.

We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account.
